Mother Teresa, now Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, was once asked, "If you had the power, what would you change in the Catholic Church?"
Before giving her answer, I ask you the same question: what would you change? Lots of people want many things changed, from institutional discipline, to theological freedom, to less emphasis on moral teachings, and so on and so on. What would you want to change?
With the most succinct and profound grasp of what the church really is, Mother Teresa answered the question of what should be changed by saying, "You and me."
